need a good scope for theoben now have one

HI all looking for a good scope looking at simmons wtc no mill dot just hold over or under but is mill dot the way to go now what do all you arb chap use on your air guns im looking at falcon bushnell nikon redfield and leupold thanks jon

depends on how much you want to spend and what environment/light you will be using it in. i have mildots on most of my 2 of my rifles and a variation on the mildot in my swarovski. bullet drop compensators are another option, or you could have both

HI verminator looking at redfield scope out of the same factory as leupold not looking to spend £1000/2000 on a swarovski as it a 12 ft lbs air gun looking to spend up to £300 thats it what do you all think thanks jon

Have a look at the Edgar bros range there a good scope at a nice price. I've got a fixed 8x56 from them on my foxing .223 and can't fault it.

Edgar brothers are a very good scopes

 

I have BSA scopes on the rimfires and once there setup they hold a perfect zero.

 

Mill dots are a must and dont scrimp on the mounts mate

redfield are very good, i have a keeper mate who has one on his rimmie and i like it. good in low lowlight, holds zero and clear. one thing i forgot before is do you want first focal plane of second? first focal plane is basically the recital changes size through out your magnification range, therefore the mildot aim points are always the same. with second focal plane the recital stays the same therefore your mildot aim points changes through out you magnification range

HI verminator im told that redfield scope are good made at the leupold factory and cost a lot less looking at a 3-9x50 do you think there ok close in work down to 10 yrds thanks jon
