Sorry to bring this up again but after reading through another thread I reckon that if anyone should know if a transfer license is needed then it should surely be the AA!

 

They are supposed to make sure that approved business are operating to high standards and are working within the law. Now they must know if a license is required otherwise there standards cant be that high
