sounds like a 411 mog i have one of those does it look like this, this was taken before i got an age related plate its a 1968

my dad uses this mog most of the time i occasionally take it out for pulling small trees out in back gardens as it will drive in between fence posts 6ft apart

 

ive clocked him at 42 mph they are quite noisy to drive but great fun and get a lot of attention
