My advice would be to go to someone like Honey Bros or similar, explain the situation and let them help, they have helped countless newbies, A&F in haslemere are no more apparently, it was there that I got kitted out when God was a boy.

Boots need to be water proof and comfy for you.

Everything else needs to be comfy for you.

Try to hold off as long as possible before buying so you can acquire more info.

Buy as little as possible at first incase you get anything that turns out not suit you.

COFRA WOODSMAN CLASS 1 CHAINSAW BOOT Anyone had a pair of hese boots and has feedback please

I own the Cofra class 2 woodsman boots, they hold up pretty well to be fair, but can only handle a shower, working in rain for a hour or more and your feet are squelching all day. I won't be buying again, go for a gortex lined pair of boots, well worth the extra cash.
