IMO cats usually come down on there own in the end...

Look at this from a different angle, write a blog post, get it online and send it to all the local papers for a bit of free advertising.

Then let sleeping dogs (or cats!) lye, after all you did a good thing and that should be reward enough.

Hi all,

My advice on this one (as a vet who does get called out by RSPCA on occasion).

You should charge the RSPCA for your time. They have called you to provide a professional service and should expect to pay a professional fee. We always charge the RSPCA for work we do for them although the veterinary profession already have an agreed fee structure with the RSPCA. They are a very wealthy charity.

You need to get a log number from them for the incident as you will need this on your invoice in order for them to pay it. This is a number of the format: 123 followed by the date.

But as others have said cats always come down on their own eventually. They are not actually stuck they just don't want to come down.

Ask Karen if she could contact the local paper and get them to run a story on it (include a pic of yourself in your harness stroking her pussy).

Steady on! Is it one of those specialist papers? :001_tt2:

I would have shot the cat, that would have got it down quickly... I could have even offered a choice of calibers for the RSPCA to choose from!

Surely not shooting into the air with a rifle? I think a 20b adequate for that sort of work.
