Anyone for a HighBall?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

Good news: The High Balls are not being discontinued.

We have new versions coming out for 2013, which further address and resolve the ring issue. They should be here by the end of December.

The out-of-stock and/or discontinued messages you're seeing refer only to the 2012 versions of the High Balls.

I hope that clears up the confusion!

Erm, I was emailed by a female member of your staff to tell me that the ring issue has already been resolved.

Your post above indicates that I have just been sold the last faulty product!

Reassure me please. :confused1:

Sorry for the confusion. We did resolve the ring issue with the High Balls. I just responded to your email explaining everything, but wanted to answer your question in the public forum as well.

The original design of the High Ball has two versions. The first version is the one that had some faulty ring straps. We resolved that problem for the second batch. The second batch, with fixed ring straps, is what's been sold this year.

After dealing with that we decided to come up with a new version of the High Ball with a rock-solid ring design. This new High Ball is due out in 2013. We expected the current High Balls to last us till the new ones arrived, but it looks like they'll be selling out a month or so short.

Hope that clears up the confusion. I'll likely post pics of the new high balls on our Facebook page when they arrive.

Thanks.
