Canon EOS 40d

My boss is selling me his old Canon EOS 40d. He has the 550d and swears by it. How easy is the 40d to use? and does the LCD screen on the back act as your view finder?

its classed as a semi pro camera i think, but simple enough to use as it has auto shooting modes. you can't use the screen as a view finder afaik.

I,ve had one for a few years now, the processing software is brilliant too. Even the kids find it easy to use and too be honest, I prefer the eye hole to the mini screen cameras. Good luck with it.

I have the 40d and if I had been offered one at that price would be biting his hand off. The screen can be set as Viewer
