Core the Apples and chop then into bits that will fit in a Food Processor.

 

Puree the Fruit and pour into large Bowl.Add some Pectin if the mixture is too runny.Or if the leather is going to be eaten withing a week you can thicken it with some crushed whole wheat biscuits.If the mixture isnt too watery there is no need to thicken it.

 

Get baking trays with raised sides if you have them,or cover normal ones with Tin Foil and just raise the tin foil around the edges to stop the mixture sliping off.

 

Bake on lowest heat for 4 to 6 hours,leave the door open just a hair.Use all the racks in your oven.
