Looks like a hammered example with no log splitter area guard left and if he's been running it at 1500rpm like the ad says the poor pump will be shagged seeing thats 4 times the speed recommended.

 

Cheap though as the birdy says, cheap cheap.

Its not the same one, the first one was pictured inside with a pile of split logs under the elevator, this one is outside. Built 1995, that 16 years of use, about like buying an L or M registered car, you better be good at repairing it !!.
