Fascinating getting up close and personal with these developing Lucidums.....pictured here with last years and veteran host hornbeam. Will be recording thjese until mature.

aye it were....has about 7 brackets altogether. Will keep you posted.:001_smile:

Being cultivting Sparisus crispa on old cordwood from a job in 2006 the trees were condemed by me and section felled by me and have been providing me with a tasty neutrstues snack ever since, littley fry in olive oil with fresh garlic for about 3 mins making shure you wash thourally b4 cooking. YUM.

If the wood has been sustaining fruit bodies since 2006 i might suggest you condemned the tree without fully evaluating the decay first!
