why not just get a pair of protective climbing boots. :confused1::confused1:

 

Rich, have you ever climbed in asolos, la sportivas solomons or crodas etc?

 

Chainsaw boots for climbing (especially if only using a top handle saw) is the stupidest HSE regulation we have IMO.

Ive never climbed in anything but chainsaw boots.

 

TBH though I couldnt see it improving my climbing enough to warrant not having protective boots, I couldnt be bothered swapping them over.

 

Although I am thinking about just getting some decent steel toe caps next time around. Not to improve my climbing, just because Im a tight git and dont want to spend £150+ on boots.:laugh1:
