Apple have iOS 5 on their site now, iPhone 5 is sure to follow but nothing is certain till they say it is!

 

I'm on O2 business unlimited texts, 1gb download, don't know how many minutes, 600 I think. More than enough! And some EU roaming package too!

I went for the samsung galaxy s in the end (not the s2 which is just out).

 

Free phone and £26 a month for 18months with all the data/texts/calls etc you could need.
