sold ten dumpybags week before xmas,got more orders to do saturday.more customers buying softwood now.

Just had a call for logs, it went like this..."have you any logs for sale" I replied "yes but not until next Thursday as I'm on Holiday" he then said "but I've got no logs" I said "sorry but I'm on holiday" " but what am I going to do" he replied..... Why are people such plonkers. Merry Christmas:)

You get such last minute customers every year. Its quite predictable.

 

Well they can always go buy some off from petrol station Its not your fault they left it for until very last moment.

This is only my third season doing firewood and I have done 16 deliveries this week, bringing the total from 1 Sept to 106 compared to 21 for the same period last year so I am well chuffed. Still got a long way to go to catch my mate Darren (DM Taylor Firewood) but I am pleased with the growth in customers and the good comments I am receiving.

 

Going to enjoy some time off before firing up the processor again on Thursday...or maybe Friday!
