So, do you have to post the link and then come back and edit it? If so it wont work as a signature.

I don't know if it'll work in a signature link as I don't have one, but I edit the url bit whilst typing in the normal reply, I don't "post and come back". I'll try a sig link now to see.

 

Not sure if it's the same for all browsers either, I'm using firefox on a Macbook

When I did my signature link, I pasted the url in the pop-up dialog box, then click "ok" then the url comes up with the brackets and stuff around it and the bit to edit is highlighted so just typing there and then names your link.

Thanks, so you put the link in then edit the bit you can see? Once its a link it stays as a link no matter what you type in its place?
