Self Employed -Tax Claim for food Subsistence

You as an employee can ask the taxman for an increase in your tax code to take into account laundry. That is a fact. It's not much though but it all adds up.

I think a lot of the heresay on tax matters is a case of whether you 'get away' with it.

For instance- can you claim for osteopathy- lets face it- you can't work with a bad back so it benefits the taxman if you get fixed quick.

Any tax inspectors on hear who can put us right on these issues?:biggrin:
