Well i had a cracking time walking. We walked 11.5 miles in about 4 hours. Lots of up and down hills. We started in Torquay and finished in a small town called Shaldon on the Teign estuary. The friend that dropped us off went round to the finishing point and booked a nice little chalet for us to stay in. We all had two good harty meals and lots of beers.

Off out again on Monday evening for the last leg. He is finishing Tuesday in Sandbanks on the chain ferry. I wanted to see him cross the finish line and will be there with his family, his girlfriend and lots of his friends (except the one who pulled out twice {first for family reasons. second time for a "broken foot"}). Will get pics of us on Monday evening and crossing the finish line on tuesday.

Got back from camping yesterday afternoon and went for celebratory drinks at one of the many locals. The campsite we stayed at had its loos vandalised when we arrived but other than that it was a cracking site. My tent is the the one on the left.:lol: The lad with the beard is the man who has just walked the 630 mile South West Coast Path. He did it 7 weeks.
