best stump treatment?

Been using glyphosate for a while now and wondering if there are any better chemicals out there? ( or cheaper )

Get some pond salt Lorry, is just the same but about £10 for 25kgs:thumbup:

Mine is kept in my garage labelled "Pond Salt", if it were laballed "Poison", you would need COSHH regs!

 

Mine is carried in the truck and sometimes gets accidently "spilled" on stumps, if you "applied poison" you need COSHH regs!

Martyn, tell them the removal of the tree includes treatment of the stump to help prevent regeneration. You can add a bit on the price if you like, or not. It hardly costs the earth!

will do that now. was looking into buying glyphosate in 20L but was costing

£100 for it. I usually give them option of stump treatment with extra charge.

Will just tell them its included now and use try salt. hope it works!!
