Didn't you know that we are still stuck in the 70's here bro? Apparently. We don't got no remote control TV's yet either.

 

Your not online,I only got internet last week,only dial up mind,my computer is so far out!

My gut feeling is that tree has had that lean for some time

Look at the kink and imagine what the tree would look like if it was pulled vertical. The top would be growing to the right- un natural methinks

makes me think after recommending a light reduction on an ash that had the whole sub-terrainian portion of a main buttress ripped off by groundworkers...Maybe i'll pollard it.

 

...That said i'm a great believer in tree's generally not falling down, i've seen some savagely decayed tree's stay up through storms and all sorts and ones that seem completely fine tear out big time.
