recommended harness for a beginner ?

Hi guys , I am looking at taking my CS38 soon and i was just wandering what kind of harness you would recommended for a beginner. i know that all the kit is supplied for you on the course but i want to be able to practice and be able to climb for recreation as well. hope you can help, tom.

Your best bet is to find a local supplier and try some on some have setups so you can hang from a rope too, as what is comfortable for one is not for the other.

How soon are you thinking of doing your ticket as there's a arb show in June at cirencester

austria duo 1, 2 or 3 fr me,,, but see what suits you best is my advice
