rubra :001_smile: The crown's a little denser than what I would usually expect, or perhaps I'm use to half starved over stressed urban examples. The crown shape is spot on for an open grown red oak.

 

coccinea tends to be more upright and less domed.

 

nuttallii, borealis etc. are very, very similar and almost impossible to tell apart from a couple of pics. I'll stick with rubra coz it's the most likey.
