What's a Cavity Auto Dump?

Af'noon all,

 

Just had a list of parts through to upgrade the mighty bandit, and one of them is the above, a 'cavity auto dump'. Ive my own theory on what it could be, but errm... what is it? how does it work, and if it is what i think it is, how does one retrofit it?!

Fits onto the particle accelerator behind the osmotic reverser, I think.

to fit it you must first remove the giggle pins securing the laughter shaft and then bolt it to the flux capacitor

When you chip a branch with a cavity, the cavity is automatically dumped so it doesn't contaminate the woodchips with holes.

Its just a reworking of the 'cavity-less auto dump' developed by Rowntree as used in the polo mint factory
