this little monster was in the wood shed,, really upset the swallows,, the fight started just after the pics were taken

he tried to bite me but i ducked,,,

 

it was 2pm when he flew in,, the swallows are all in there and all hell broke loose,, i went in to see that little fella there,, figured as it was broad daylight i'd grab the camera and not upset him,

Greater Horseshoe judging by his/her horseshoe shaped nose and large ears.

Dont let it bite you ad, they carry rabies. I think there was a prefessional bat handler killed up here a few years back after he got bitten.

I saw that Bat driving a old Buick and heading back home for the summer,thank god season is over and the roads will be safer until October.
