Oak and Beech - what would you do?

We do a lot of work for a large estate on my doorstep.

Usually its removal of hazard trees, dangerous limbs, that kind of thing. Recently we've had a spate of perfectly healthy trees windblowing. I thing mainly down to the weight of a wet canopy in summer.

Now these 2 I've been watching for a while. I suspect there is something amiss in the root systems, as both are showing dieback in the tips and the beech is going very yellow.

They overhang a fairly busy junction, so I've decided to remove them. Trees are in a conservation area, but the local TO trusts my judgement.

SO...

what would you do?

and because it gets such a lot of discussion, how much would you charge to fell these two?

A site I visited in London a few weeks back had a similar prob with perfectly healthy trees blowing over

I've seen it a few times mainly in the Chilterns where big Beech grow on the chalky sub soil with only a thin layer for their already shallow roots to penetrate. Could maybe some of these apparently healthy trees that fall just be down to the (forget the appropiate name) soilscape?

The fells look like a fair call.
