Not a motor biker more into the pedal ones but the A47 Rhaeder to Aberystwyth is a beautiful road that winds along mountain sides for miles and miles. You could then head up to Mac to link with Mr Eds' suggestion. Beautiful part of the world.

Merrit Parkway and/or Interstate 95, where New York crosses over into Connecticut.......beautiful stretch of road. Just watch out for the humourless State Troopers! I had real trouble with the girly speed limit when I first moved over here, 3 speeding tickets in just over a year! When you get further up I95 it splits into I91 as you get up into the New England states...........some beautiful scenery/roads up there too, especially during the Fall, sorry, Autumn.

A21 from Tunbridge Wells to Hastings, around the Staplecross area is great on 2 wheels, not much to look at but a wide, smooth, pot-hole and ironwork free road with lots of nice corners and hills. So is the A507 Baldock to Buntingford road. Unfortunately both are quite busy and heavily policed, but worth getting up for early on a Sunday!
