BS 5837 ? never heard of it mate..

Been watching this developement site for a couple of years.

My guess is that this Centuries old Oak will not be long for this mortal coil :sad:

 

 

 

The extension on the side is having a retracting swimming pool at ground level which then doubles up as the owners home cinema.

 

 

 

It's a very different world.

Even if this led to prosicution, which I very much doubt.

I'd reckon people spending this sort of dough would probably not bat an eyelid at any potential fine.

 

 

This particular Tree is starting to atract local media attention, will be interesting to see where it ends.

heres some for you :thumbdown: All done within conservation areas too !!

 

Local Planners need to enforce 5837 with instruction to include Tree related reports in planning app's from architects & then monitor if its is being applied by contractors.

 

education is as important a inforcement

are all planning depts demanding these specs NO There NOT !!!!

so if planners arent doing their job !

why would anyone else

Is this a failing of the LA's with regard to their enrolment process and lack of training/career progresion or a failing of the Education Establishments for churning out un-practiced graduates ?
