With all this reading and research you're doing Ham, do you have any problems retaining the information?

 

Janey, i have 20,000 plus images, and I can tell you where each one was shot and direct you to the tree/spot. Its uncanny.

I think I have just reading your description of it.

 

I'm pretty good when it comes to remembering subjects that I find interesting, but I struggle to remember all the minutae of legislation, etc. You know, the kinda important stuff

Short version; we make laws because the EU says so. Only with the habitat regs, we didn't do it properly in 1994 so we had to do it again in 2007. And again in 2008. And again in 2009. And now we have a whole new set in 2010. Just like iphones.
