Are you telling me that you've passed your CS30, CS31 and CS39 without coming across a Piston Stop before / had to strip a saw down?!?

 

Came across pistion stops but not ones like that. Why it got me confused :blushing:

i thought top handles were the only saws that need a piston stop to change the clutch?

nope, gotta lock the piston to get any clutch off, and on outboard clutch saws, to get the sprocket off :)

I have been removing clutches with nothing but my teeth :laugh1:

 

Which hole do I stick this thing in and will I be able to walk afterwards!!!

I was rebuilding one of my saws recently and the piston managed to strip a bit of the plastic which then got wedged between the pot and piston, annoying...... I'm sticking to the cord method from now on!!

Look after it Tom. It won't stay shiny for long! Mines not even a year old and look at it now!

 

The black thing is just a broken spoon. Still good for stirring but no good for scooping.

Lovely brand new saw, what'sthe special petrol you sometimes get in new saws that smells so good:thumbup:

 

:blushing::blushing: As soon as i got it i looked in the tank and had a quick smell love to know what it is in there
