hello all ,has anybody any advice regarding the lower priced (under £30 )moisture meters on e-bay some work on 2 pins and resistance another uses a non damaging system any guidence very welcome thanks

I got a Kamasa one from toolstation, was about 20 quid. Seems to work ok

 

Got the same,good enough for firewood.Stihl do the exact same one branded with their colours and name, and its CHEAPER!! £12 in their 2011 catalogue

hi thanks very much for the offer,but i think i had better buy one if i borrow one am almost certain to break it ! i have seen the maplin type on e-bay so thats prehaps the one to go for
