Alright guys

Just got home, and as i was coming up the lane my landy's steering started pulling a hell of a lot to the left, at first i thought i may have a flat, had a look and nope, didnt have a look under the hood at the steering arms its dark and i wanted to get inside.

I wont be needing it till monday really so its not a major thing at the moment, just wondering if anyone could suggest what it may be, off the top of their head like, so i know what i may be in store for :001_smile:

Oh yeah its a 1984 Land Rover 90

Cheers

Liam

Just check it over, brake binding? Or a problem with the tracking, ball joints etc. A good look round ought to show something.

Just have in read your post, sounds similar to a problem we had a while ago with a jeep my boss bought. Checked everything, brake calipers, tracking rods, brake discs, control arm bushings, suspension, tyres, wheel bearings, etc. couldn't figure the problem until hours into our search we discovered....

If it happens under breaking and dives for the nearside it will likley be a seized calliper on the off side.

If it happens without braking it’s a problem with the nearside calliper. (Worn linings can turn in the calliper)

Either way it sounds like time for a brake overhaul
