it takes me 20-30 mins to load 1000 logs on my own so two of us is about 10-15 mins. so it does not take long but i like i say my family have done it this way for a long time so my clients are used to buying by the hundred.

Yes, I do a rough count rather than sell in cubic metres at the moment as loads of people sell 0.6-0.7 m3 bulk bags as a cubic metre making an actual m3 look expensive. Also, some people expect the load to be a cubic metre stacked tight against their wall rather than loose in a trailer!

 

What should your rough count actually be and what does it roughly end up as?

i dont how many logs ive sold all together this year but i know ive sold 120,000 to pizza shops and 50,000 to pubs but i dont what ive sold to private clients ill tell you once ive done last years tax return.

Both the same then throw in a few extra for good measure.

half load-300 logs (around a cubic metre in my trailer), full load-600 logs
