AS they have move from a postage stamp garden to a place with 2 acres of lawn, they dont have a mower big enough. As they have not budgetted for a large mower they are looking to pay someone to cut. I think they both work so time is of the essence for them too.

I know a guy near you Andy, used to do it full time 15+ years ago still has the equipment for the odd church he still does. hates cutting hedges too! I'll get his number if youre intrested

Ask what they are willing to pay then do the math from there. cutting grass on a ride on is awesome, forrest gump tastic.

Have you thought about getting a mower for behind the quad Andy?

I have considered a tow-behind, but the problem is i have aggressive Kenda Executioner tyres and they will plough up the immaculate lawns:biggrin:

starting to think it will be less grief just to farm out the mowing.

Hi all its simple .Just hire the mower and add 20% then charge for a full day at day rate if grass collected or not . At the end of the day it;s work and in this climate anythings better than nothing mate . ATB .Roy:deal:

Initially going down the hire route for this job, if more comes in I'll re-assess later. Got a ride-on for a tenner a day, I supply fuel. That'll do for now.

That sounds a bargin :001_smile:
