yeh done an interent search, at first i didn't know if i should as to whether somebady could check at what i've been googling haha!!

 

anyway, i have only found 1 similar product anywhere but it was for a different industry and made completely different to how i would make it but the concept was similar

mine was a cheap alternative to a rollered cambium saver that gave the ability to hold a smooth (even euc) pollard stem to provide anchors where there was none.

 

not going into details, forum rules and my own view, lesson learnt, the hard way.

 

the other was an item of fishing tackle, once bitten twice shy, third time rodney we will be millionaires!

on my original idea it is definately used for other industries, but the setup seems different...

 

think i'm gonna have to do some research on the difference between design/concept/plaguerism etc etc

I didnt where spikes for the first 8 years of my arb life, and maybe worn them a hundred times in the last 15 years, hate them.

Yup me too, but unfotunately they are part of the job, that's why I thought of spikeless, but apparently someone thought of it first:lol:
