My shoguns inner cv joint is knocking it's head off I will get one "sometime":thumbup1:

I would fix it,you dont want it to let you down at a bad time,could do more damage,& it just can't feel right running around in a work motor with a fault for any length of time,hopefully it will be just pressure plate & clutch,check for an oil leak on the crankshaft oil seal too.

thanks everybody, i got the truck last october and had new cambelt and tensioners done before i collected it so all fine there, it was fitted with air suspension when i got it but ive changed it back to springs, that could point to prop wear i suppose, ill get my mecanic mate to have a look, if anyones interested google yb03 lua emergency vehicles, scroll to bottom of page and then go to next page, and you will see what my ranger was when new,only covered 34.000 miles in first 4 years

Had a judder in my Ford Ranger after about 40K took it to the dealer and they traced it to a prop shaft issue they know about. Mine was still under warrentee so Ford sorted it out. I would have this checked out before blowing a load on a new clutch only to find that isnt the problem.
