Very soon il be doing my Cs 38 & 39 in a month or so... got a rough idea of what to do, done a small amount of climbing but nothing to serious, just had a go.

Any chance with some views with experience on Do's and Dont's please?

Don't fall out the tree. Always check your carabiners are fully locked.

Are you just going straight for the tests or are you doing courses/test?

 

Personally I would get your CS38 and then leave it a while before doing your CS39.

 

Get a good couple of months climbing experience and some supervised uses of a chainsaw up a tree.

 

I was going to do my CS39 straight after passing my CS38 but ended up leaving it about 8 months which looking back am glad I did as I would have probably failed.

ok m8, thinking of doing 38 then 39 is about a month later anyway... it will be the course first then test.

Unless you have got 47 i think this is a great help to getting 39
