Mr Oseroo, I got some work on near Looe, Wednesday/ Thursday this week. Possibly running into next week. Sounds like your exp with hiline on the storm resilience might help on this job! Powerlines not involved, but hefty beech in tight woodland needing precision felling. PM me if you are available.

No ones mentioned ProArb, I've seen their teams venturing south of the Tamar lately, they pay better than Hiline and they're recruiting climbers and team leaders...UA not my scene either though!

with companys such as hi line and suilvanus and pro arb they can really get slack at getting back, i think that the private side of suilvanus are looking for people, but just keep at them

I take it there's not much work down there. The reason I ask is because I plan to move down to Cornwall and want to know if I'd still be able to be a tree surgeon

Getting to be less and less. Cornwall is one of the least wooded counties.

The way that news is worded makes me want to sign up! However the work is still very much the same. Do you think i am un-wise to go self employed when there's plenty of employed work available???
