Ypu need to drink cold liquids..little and often as this will lower core body temp....

 

Thats not a good piece of advice.

 

If you cool fast you will feel refreshed and drink less, you need to have plenty of fluids available its better to have 1 litre too much and sweat/pee loads than have 1 litre too little and become fuzzy.

 

I put a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar in 1 or 2 litres of water to taste. Its a cheap isotonic drink.

Yeah - sounds like you're right there about the experience! where can i get electrolyte powder from by the way?

 

 

I used to by it from a chemist in sachet form but when i got back to the UK I got some in Holland and barrett or other fitness/nutrition/weightlifting shops in tub form. just follow the instructions and mix with water.
