Don't say you didn't get it, as the company that posted will be the ones that lose, not you or the post office. And they didn't do anything wrong.

Postage is a nightmare. I spend over 4 hours a week chasing lost or missing parcels, it's the only part of a mail order service we can't control.

If the good are under £50.00 it's not worth us claiming back from Royal Mail.

email Royal Mail and complain that way you have a record of it also copy in the company you purchased from as they will need to start some question from their end as well.

It wasn't from me I hope.:001_rolleyes::001_smile:

Johnsie

I had a delivery from you that I chased up after I thought that it was late - turned out the delivery driver had braved an assault course of trailers,chippers and dogs and dropped it of securely in the back garden,but hadn't left a slip saying so!!

Felt guilty about dropping the driver in it as I thought that he had gone above and beyond,apart from letting me know!

The suggestion of saying I never received it was more of a joke, shame it didn't get across as such to some of you! Oh well, have spent 20 mins on an 0845 number to complain, and expect nothing will happen anyway. Hopefully this will stop it in future. And johnsie it wasn't from you, you split tail I won in the raffle from you fit the letter box fine! Thank you
