Now then, my MS361 is need of a new bar and chain, I'm currently running a 16" 3/8 bar, but one of the men I work with is trying to convince me to run it on a .235 chain with a 9 tooth sprockets, I was just wondering if anyone else runs their 361 on .325?

mine is on 3/8s but has 13", 16" and 20" bars. I only run 2 different types of chain, one for climbing saws and 3/8s on everything else.
