Sounds interesting, if an Iveco crew cab is as light as that, it is a contender for my project.

What are the "capes" though?:confused1:

Yes happy with what he done I had a canter but it went pop so i replaced it with a transit. We only use the transit for grinding and the small tight streets. What have you brought graham ?

Have bought an 07 plate eurocargo 7.5 cost an arm and a leg but its only got 29000 miles on it and should be good for the future unless they bring out higher emmsion standards .

Going to keep hold of the transit as like you said is good for SMall or tight access .

Adam . the sides on the van cost quite a bit. The aluminium came to about 70 quid for a sheet of 8x4 plus the cost of the frame to support it. Like I said its a costly process that takes you a lot of time . Your better of paying to Have somthing built so you can get on with cutting trees and making money .

Yea i am going to get one built, just trying to find someone close to me to do it. there is overland in tadley so i will have a look there and see what they come up with. I know it wont be cheap getting the alluminium sides made up , but it will look a lot better and last a lot lpnger than ply sides ect.....
