Today is a year since we lost a dear mate. Mick Drewhurst

 

Rest in peace Mick , You where part of so many of our lives and I am sure most have had a quite moment thinking of you today.

I only said to the missus yesterday it must be coming up for a year. I still see one or two of the old crew who were there in my day, and he quite often crops up in conversation. RIP Mick

Didnt know your friend Wattie, but he was obviously a good mate of yours.When you put your feet up this evening get your self a large drink and enjoy, im sure Mick would want you to. I know what its like to loose a close friend/work mate.All the best. Egg.

Eggs, Mick used to own Eastwood Tree Services, a AAAC out of Ipswich. He had a fleet of vehicles painted green with yellow logos. You may have seen him about, as he started up in the 80's, til his death last year.

i worked for mick for 3 years, and and am still at eastwood trees. he taught me most of what i know , nice to see he is not forgotton, just cant belive its been a year...
