speechless, People like that should be castrated. I would say tree owner for getting the landscapers into do it in the first place. Also the landscaper (if you could call them that) should have advised them against it in the first place, instead of trying to earn a quick buck.:thumbdown:.

Would the tree officer no about it?? as it's privately owned.

Possibly not Ian, but maybe thats the point.

This sort of thing should be filtering through to the local ward TO's (to be rectified

I wonder what the tree officers comment would be if he found out. E-mail the pic to him, there's so many people getting away with this type of thing and then the public will winge at the tree surgeons because there taking it down.

I thought most trees have a tpo on them near shops and on verges. They are were i am.

Tree O may have something diplomatic to say but probably can do nowt (absence of tpo I presume!)

 

Can't wait for the tree to start moving, cracks or moved fence?
