Wow, that gixxer's a beast! What year is it? It's very clean - I could use someone like you to give my Trumf a good going over, coz it sure don't get it from me!

 

Yeah...it is a beast. Feels like it weighs a ton and I get passed by everything else. I was getting lapped by some geezer on a KTM Adventure last time out at Snetterton. Thats so embarrassing! The tyres on the KTM were so narow I couldnt believe it was possible.

 

Reckon she's a '91...At first thought it an 89 but after much scrutiny...thats what I reckon anyway. An import from france. Bought it as a write off......Had it since 96 ish I think!

It's amazing what you can do with cable ties and duct tape

 

Yeah, got it as standard and put the RCV11 replica body kit on it, Dream Machine paint job, MHP carbon can... And can you take a guess at what happened the first time i took it out?

Never ridden a triumph but they have a good rep. Perform well on track and the motor is a good'un by all accounts. probably find it a bit cramped onboard myself.

TBH..thats kinda what stops me using the gixxer! I aint getting any younger!
