Routine maintenance uncovered this little fella . Can you see him . This shell or bearing must of popped out of the housing . Only the slightest play in he flywheel . Ah well glad I regularly maintain and inspect my gear . Seem to recall a guy off here who had greaseable bearings fitted ? . I,m off to find the other posts on this matter now . If only Mr Lofthouse lived next door :thumbup: we can but dream .

Erm, new `bearings now methinks!

Yes the rubber cap looks a bit like a small version of a landy dust cover on the hubs,its a male push fit into the female bearing holder thingmybob recess if you know what I mean,Mines come near to falling out ,hence Im aware of it.

Good luck,youve a job on your hands there!
