things to do at windsor

taking the kids to legoland coming weekend, we'll be camping over and i just wondered what else there is for kids to do in that area, anyone?

just up the road in braknell there is a go ape climbing thing for the family also there is coral reef a large swimming complex windsor castle and the long mile they will sleep well after walking that.

Not strictly for kids, but if you fancy a busmans, get to Windsor Great Park, see the fantastic veteran Oaks.

i think my missus will kill me if i even suggest going to look at trees. staying at a campsite on the banks of the thames, perhaps we'll do a little fishing if allowed.

cheers stuart, we checked out coral reef....apart form the hour long queue, 1 in, 1 out, it was well worth going to!

Theres a bowling place in Maidenhead too Steve , and over in Slough is the ice rink...missus wont let you go to see the veteran oaks in hernes backyard... Spent many hours going round those oaks..me being from Maidenhead just up the road from Windsor. Lived there for 30 years...miss the trees there.
