Moving dumpy bags around?

This may sound like a stupid question but anyway:blushing:, do any of you know how to move dumpy bags of logs around with out a fork lift?? Or have any of you cleaver clogs made some sort of contraption to move them around?

 

its not the best, but it was cheap, search fleabay for lucas crane!! an you can only deliver one at a time!!! i use a pallet pump truck in the yard, needs concrete/smooth floor thou!!!

I was thinking of converting one of our Transit tipper to a mini-skip loader to load and unload 1m3 bags of logs. Truck could carry two and unload one at a time.

 

(can anyone make this youtube video work?)
