Dosen't that deft the object of charging vat on boots

 

 

You could just say to your staff buy it your self as you wont have to pay the vat on it

 

 

May work out for some big company's not for one man and his dog

you could buy 100 pairs of boots and say they are for you, but if you ever get a vat investigation then it will be an embarrassing situation to say the least
