This is my RG that involves no splicing and can be made on site (if needed). The stitching is just to hold the eye together, its not any part of the strength. The safety backup is the 2 fishermans knots on each end. The sirius is 14kN so doubled up like this its way strong enough. I have yet for it to get stuck and it pulls out so easily-the trick is the specially made cap for the cocoon and the small bit of tubing for it to run over-i reckon the pinto pulley will work sweet with this too.

Kind of, just that you virtually eliminate friction at the anchor point, this can however dictate a change in climbingstyle. Body thrusting in mid air is killer as friction isn't helping you anymore. Climbing throughout the canopy becomes easier though as your not fighting that same friction. It's good to try a pulley on the small ring of your vambium saver to get a feel for it.

looks good very n simple, iam currently on a simillar set up that a friend spliced up for me but its probably time to get somthing new and it would have to be a single pulley as the lack of friction is great( although has taken some getting used to with the lockjack!! my desents went somthing like freefall... stop... freefall... stop.
