Should be fine. The freezing point of petrol is about -60oC and I can't imagine the added oil would make that much difference. Even if it did when it thawed it would be fine I'm sure.

i would only worry about water content in the fuel if there was moisture in the air inside which condensed and mixed with the fuel, i over a short term i wouldnt see it as a major issue, but if its left for a long time then its time to think about storage.

Should be fine. The condensation would be minimal. We store ours in a ventilated shipping container but there is no insulation at all so during the summer it becomes a furnace and during the winter it becomes a bloody tomb.
