Thanks Andy, this is just the sort of thing that will make the boss listen - risking losing £££££'s !

 

Although from reading the notes, when it says "previously had an Improvement Notice", does that imply he was warned the first time he was caught? The boss has the attitude of not a problem if only risking a warning for first offence, i.e. he'll wait till after he gets a warning before he'll act.

Welcome to the real world im afraid. If you're not happy walk, there are plenty of people (rightly or wrongly) willing to forgo having someone on the deck.

As i'm sure i've said before having someone with 38 on the ground means nothing, its down to you to get yourself down.
