Our skills are limitless mate!! Grafting cedar to Beech is at the forefront of Arb technology, doubt it'll be in the press for sometime, as Arbtalk gets the news 1st.

We're at the cutting edge, you know.

Did you not see it when you had put the gob in?

A little brown but nothing unusual , plenty of beefstake fungus found here, but I have never seen Fistulina do that.

great shot that last one

Thanks,

Cant beat standing next to a big fire at the end of a days cutting, especially this time of year.

It was a proper tree surgeon's furnace, we were throwing huge unsplittable logs on and they were disappearing fast.

Last pic - Same view as before but during the day.

WHen I first started going to work with my father, every single job was burnt off. I can remember the guys peeling back the turf on a lawn to make a fire pit, and reinstating it beautifully at the end of the job.

Happy Days.

At last the pics upload for me .

Insurance job this one , cracked walls etc. Behind the tree was an old clay pit filled with stinking mud , what a splash , what a smell. Lucky it can all stay put, dont even have to burn up.
